The 3D printer is available to the public to make print requests, made of PLA filament. TinkerCAD is software available to patrons if they wish to create and render their own designs, but all designs must be sliced using Raise3D E2 software, ideaMaker.
AWE Stations provide internet-free learning through pre-loaded apps on touch screen computers. Kids can choose any S.T.E.A.M. topic to play fun learning games. Find our AWE Stations in Youth Services in the Lower Level. No library card required.
The library offers Chromebooks for in-library use at the second floor desk in Adult Services.
Oshkosh Public Library has printing available from computers, through wireless printing, or from our copy machines. Our copy machines not only allow copying, but scanning to flash drive or e-mail as well.
Our desktop computers are equipped with: web browsers; office software, including spreadsheets; and word processing. All library databases can be accessed via our public computers.
The library has two charging stations available for you to charge your device. Compatibility includes: USB-C, Lightning, and Micro USB.

Two portable DVD players are available at the second floor desk for you to check out and use while in the library. In-house use only.
Earbuds are available for purchase at all service desks for $2.
An electric typewriter is available for use in Multipurpose Room 1 on the first floor. Check in at the first floor desk when you arrive at the library. Staff will bring the typewriter to the room.
Multipurpose Room 1, located on Oshkosh Public library’s first floor, is available to adults with small children to access a computer. A library card is required to use the computer. Click here to learn more or make a reservation.
Faxing is available at a $2 flat fee (for however many pages necessary) for use to any member of the community. We do not accept incoming faxes.
The fax machine is located at the 2nd floor reference desk.
Headphones for in-house use are available for checkout at each desk.
The A/B meeting room and the Dome offer Hearing Loop Technology for use during programs in those areas.
A self-serve laminator is available on the 1st and 2nd floors of Oshkosh Public Library. Lamination media (or “pouches”) can be purchased at the service desks:
