A bulletin board in Youth Services is dedicated to items for families and educators. One bulletin board on 1st floor is for public government notices and another is for non-profit posters.
The library has teamed up with the Day By Day Warming Shelter to create a Comfort Cabinet stocked with individual personal hygiene items.
Some free publications are available to the public, including the Oshkosh Herald, Oshkosh Recreation Department booklets, Senior Center Activity Guides, and more. Visit the 1st floor Reading Room and 1st floor pamphlet rack.
Job Search Assistance is offered every Wednesday from 1-4 pm on the library's Second Floor. Appointments are encouraged; walk-ins welcome as time allows.
The Winnebago Free Legal Assistance Clinic is offered each month at the library. Attorneys, paralegals, and other volunteers offer brief legal consultations, referrals, and assistance with legal forms and procedures on a range of civil legal issues.
