A self-serve laminator is available on the 1st and 2nd floors of Oshkosh Public Library. Lamination media (or “pouches”) can be purchased at the service desks:
- 4.25 x 6.25: $0.25
- 9 x 11.5: $0.50
- 11.5 x 17.5: $0.75
We welcome group visits to the library! There are several tour types to choose from. Request a tour using the linked form and a librarian will be in touch with you to schedule your visit.
If you have a visual impairment or difficulty reading small print, a low vision desktop video magnifier can help you view printed material. The new magnifier is located on the library’s Second Floor and is available during library hours. Stop by the service desk for assistance.
We understand that the library is a desirable place for individuals and groups to gather in the Oshkosh community, so we make our meeting rooms available to the public at times that they are not in use by the library. Reserve a room here.
The Oshkosh Public Library has 3 microfilm machines for public use. Staff at the 2nd floor service desk are available to get you started!

Reference service is offered at the 2nd Floor Reference Desk to connect individuals and organizations with the information they need to meet their informational, educational, and recreational needs.
In our Roving Reader program, we match library volunteers with area daycares. The volunteers are provided with books and other materials to put on a fabulous storytime!

Create at home with this hands-on learning kit– supplies and directions included. Pick up your kit in the Youth Services Department while supplies last. New kits offered seasonally: March 1, June 1, Sept 1, Dec 1
Three study rooms are available on the second floor. These small spaces provide a quiet, semi-private setting for 1-2 people to work.
Wisconsin and IRS tax forms are available on the second floor of the library from January to April each year. Forms and instructions not available at the library can be printed by library staff for 10 cents per page.
